Job Description

Contracts Manager / Repairs ManagerEnfeild£5500 - £60000 Per Year / Full-TimeThe Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Contracts Managerbased inEnfeild.The successful candidate will deliver day-to-day repair services, and will be ensuring performance and budget targets are monitored and met using, an internal self-delivery team and external specialist contractors.This is a new role due to our client beingawarded a 7-year contract! This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed.Day to Day:

  • This role reports to the Operatons Director
  • Repairs,
  • Maintenance
  • Void preparation
  • Substantial programme of projects to a housing stock of 27,000.
Requirements:
  • Experience of managing a repairs and maintenance function in property maintenance contract is a must.
