Job Description

Business Systems AnalystAre you an experienced Business Systems AnalystA proven track record of successfully managing complex projectsDo you have strong communication skills able to collaborate with cross-functional teamsMacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a Consumer Goods business who are on the search for Business Systems Analyst. This is a 12-month FTC, hybrid role based in Enfield.As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be involved in spearheading various aspects of business operations and technology, with a primary focus on process improvement and technology implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor optimizing logistics, managing electronic data interchange (EDI), overseeing the transition of financial systems to cloud-based solutions, implementing new Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and stock control systems, managing our transactional website,and maintaining and enhancing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current routes for optimizing logistics and ensuring timely customer deliveries.
  • Manage electronic data interchange (EDI) for various customer platforms and oversee sales order processing.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the transition of financial systems internally to cloud-based solutions.
  • Identify and implement new Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and stock control systems.
  • Ensure functionality, security, and usability of the transactional website, working closely with web developers and designers.
  • Select and implement CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing training for users.
  • Collaborate with service provider consultants for seamless implementation, user acceptance, and training.
  • Conduct business process analysis, define requirements, and manage system selection and implementation.
  • Oversee project management activities to ensure successful delivery and execution of technology-related initiatives.
What are we looking for
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements definition, system selection, and implementation.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex technology projects.
  • Proficiency in working with a variety of systems and platforms such as EDI, WMS, CRM, and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
