Area Sales Manager required for an innovative and top quality plumbing company. Based ideally Romford, Enfield, Luton or Milton Keynes and covering North West London and Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex. Basic to £45K and Bonus to £8K.THE COMPANYWith a turnover of more than £1bn, and over 5000 employees, this is one of the most well established, innovative and well respected companies in their sector.THE ROLETo sell a broad range of plumbing equipment to mainly contractors such as Munroes and Kershaws and merchants such as City Plumbing, Wolseley and Grahams. To find out the relevant contractors tendering for products and quote them. To follow up quotations to order stage. To provide 1st class customer support e.g. making sure orders are on time, rectifying any issues on site and providing training where needed.THE PERSON Essential: Excellent customer service and relationship skills in the plumbing or heating sectorGood contact base in the required customer base (see above)Understanding of stage 3 and 4 of the buying cycle. Ideally based close to the M25.
