ADMINISTRATOR3 - 6 months maternity contractLocation - Brimsdown, Enfield EN3The role is administration but you would need to be numerate and part of the role is processing invoices, preparing purchase orders and entering PAYE info. Youll also need to be confident using different client portals - FULL TRAINING IS GIVEN. Some telephonework is also involved so a clear telephone manner is also neededYou must have previous ADMINISTRATION experience and be happy in a lively office.Having your own car is an advantage due to location - its in the Brimsdown area of Enfield (there are buses and if you dont mind a walk there is also Brimsdown train station)Please apply if you are an ADMINISTRATOR who is able to start work in the New Year and commit to working till 31 March - there is a strong possibility that it could be extended to 6 months and maybe even longer work load permittingIf youre an early bird you can start at 7.30am and finish at 3.30pm or start at 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.Its an open plan office with a good bunch of staff, plus visiting engineers.
