Do you believe that you have the talent to join our friendly and busy client as an Access Control EngineerWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Access Control Engineer, with a background in social housing/local authority maintenance, to join our client at their thriving company based in Enfield. This is a fantastic chance to demonstrate your knowledge of all aspects of Access Control/CCTV works, including tests and inspections/compliance checks which are carried out in accordance with current British Standards. You must also have knowledge of servicing and installing a range of door entry, warden call, automatic door/gate systems, CCTV systems (including IP/Networked), and intruder alarms.Our client is looking for someone who is self-motivated and a team player. You must hold a current accreditation with ADSA, CAMEsafe, Tynetec or CAI. Due to the nature of the field work, you must hold a full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. Mobile phone, van, and work wear provided. As the Access Control Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Servicing and installation of a range of door entry, warden call, automatic door/gate systems, CCTV systems (including IP/Networked), and intruder alarms.Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to the above systems. Ensuring that all aspects of Access Control/CCTV works including tests and inspections/compliance checks are carried out in accordance with current British Standards.Reporting on a daily basis to Supervisor or Manager on the status of all works within the department and advise in good time, problems of time-scale or resources.You will preferably have experience with at least one or more of the following manufacturers: ISM, GDX, ENTROTEC, SML, PAC, KMS, RECRD, GEZEYou will receive excellent training and support in this role and there will be plenty of scope to improve and enhance your current abilities.
