Job Description

Do you speak German fluently If you have a customer service experience and you like working in a structured way, we might have just the job for you! This full-time role is with a multinational company making components for green technology based in the Bristol and Bath Science Park in Emersons Green, with access to great facilities including a gym and canteen, plus regular public transport, car parking and cycle storage.You will receive extensive training and the role is temporary for a minimum of 6 months and ongoing, within a multilingual team dealing with inbound calls from business customers in Gemany.You will:

  • Handle requests from existing business customers
  • Process order and quotation requests
  • Build and maintaining customer relationships
  • Deal with queries about orders, dates and logistics in German and English (and another language ideally)
  • Follow up internally and externally to ensure the order is completed and shipped correctly
    • You must have:
  • Written and spoken German,and English to a professional level
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Accurate data handling experience
  • Experience dealing with German Businesses.
    • A bonus would be:
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Outlook email, MS Sharepoint
  • Previous experience in logistics
  • Knowledge of French or Italian
    • You get:This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9-5 with a half-hour lunch break. The initial training period is lengthy and you would be asked to commit for at least 6 months.12-week starting/training salary is £11.72. for 37.5 hours per week (£22,854 per year equivalent) with and likely to go up after 12 weeks.25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.Location:The company is based in the Bristol and Bath Science Park in Emersons Green between Bath and Bristol with lots of parking and good public transport links. They share great facilities including gym, canteen, cafes, and shops. There is car parking, cycle storage and regular public transport to the centre of Bristol.
