Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a compliance company, with the appointment of a Customer Service Officer to join their team.Their office is based in Emersons Green, and you will be working in a friendly close-knit team. You will be providing integral customer service support, ensuring a professional and first-class service to their clients.You will be:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Acting as 1st line support for users.
  • Supporting the Customer Service Team and the 2nd line technical team.
  • To ensure all assistance and advice provided is in line with company regulations.
  • Manage record reconciliation with other staff members and escalate any identified risks.
  • To assist with email enquiries in line with company standards.
  • Ensuring work is completed to internal procedures and FCA regulatory requirements.
You will need:
  • Call centre or customer service experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time management skills and the drive to gain new skills.
Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday - No weekends!
  • Hours: 8:30-17:00
