Our wards boast great nurse to patient ratios and the Practice Plus Group Hospital, Emersons has been rated Outstanding bythe CQC, putting it at the very top of the regulators quality ratings.If you are a practitioner outside of the local area we would welcome your application and there is a very generous relocation package available to support you.You will be working as part of a friendly, welcoming and expert multidisciplinary Endoscopy Team supported by our experienced Endoscopy Manager, Julia Ashfield.About The CandidateYou will be a part 1 registered NMC Nurse with specialist endoscopy training and experience of working in endoscopy. As an experienced registered nurse you will provide skilled and considerate nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy Department taking intoaccount their specific needs during procedures utilising the appropriate Practice Plus Group Integrated Care Pathway (ICP).Your sound clinical and Infection control knowledge combined with your ability to solve problems and think both literally and laterally will enable you to coach and support others in your team.
