Adecco have an exciting role for a Senior CNC Machinist to join one of our clients in Ellon. This is a day shift role working Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. There is also the opportunity for overtime too.Your main duties will be to interpret client specifications, enter them onto the CNC machine, set up machine and monitor it as it operates to ensure delivery of quality precision made parts. Optimising the machining processes in terms of consistent qualityand productivity and supervise and coordinate activities in the machine shop.Some of your responsibilities will include: Operating computer-controlled machine to cut, make and manufacture precision parts Load and unload material, set up and operate a computer numerical control (CNC) machine Assisting in Quality control of parts and stock control Ensuring that operating policies and procedures are adhered to Basic servicing and maintenance of equipment General house keepingExperience required: Previous experience operating CNC Machinery Strong leadership experience in a similar working environment* You should have good attention to detail, work to a high standard and be able to work on own initiativeTo discuss this fantastic opportunity, please get in touch today!Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
