Description
  • Leading and managing a team consisting of supply and materials planners, and production schedulers.
  • Accountable for KPIs such as Availability, Perfect Order/OTIF, Attainment to Plan, OEE, materials OTIF, slow-moving stock, and obsolescence.
  • Publish weekly and monthly KPIs to the business, giving insight into the performance and the actions to maintain/improve.
  • Accountable for maintaining the inventory levels of finished goods and materials.
  • Reviewing, developing, and implementing finished goods and materials inventory policies.
  • Accountable for all elements of aged stock from finished goods to Dry materials.
  • Oversee and sign off Supply plans in line with the business priorities.
  • Working closely with procurement, managing supplier relations, and building partnerships with our key suppliers.
  • Providing short and long-term forecasts and working on joint KPIs.
  • Work within the wider supply chain and production team to develop best practices and share knowledge.
Profile
  • For this role, it is essential you have experience of working in the FMCG industry with a proven track record of production and supply/material planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
  • A proven leader, with the ability and experience to develop teams, leads by example and is willing to get involved in the detail.
  • Strong Communicator and able to build great internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to plan and structure your work and manage multiple activities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with high levels of change and be calm when faced with high pressure.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
