Job Description

Finance coordinator is a newly created role for our client- to support the team and day to day running of the company. The finance coordinator will complement the team, and help ensure that the operation runs smoothly from day to day.Client DetailsOur client is a recognised industry leader in the plumbing Industry.Description

  • Liaising with engineers and customers.
  • Invoicing using Sage Accounting software.
  • Payroll using Sage payroll software.
  • General banking and reconciliation.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Staff holiday requests.
  • Staff hours records.
  • Inputting information on the companys bespoke CRM system.
  • General Office Admin.
  • Assisting Directors and Senior Management staff with their duties.
- Training will be provided by the company.ProfileA confident individual who wants to work in a fast paced and professional business.
  • Administration experience
  • To be attentive to detail.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • A thorough understanding of Microsoft office & similar platforms.
  • To have experience of working in an office environment previously.
  • To have a positive and approachable manner.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred).
  • Sage Accounting 2 years (preferred).
