Job Description

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Ashington and surrounding areas. This is a perrmenant position with a van and fuel card provided. The successful Electrician will be expected to carry out repairs and maintenancein tenanted and void properties.The Electrician will receive:

• £34,000 Salary
• 28 Days holiday
• Company van and fuel card
• Standby payment
• 37 Hour week Monday - Friday

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

• Property maintenance
• EICR testing
• General Electrician duties
