Job Description

Milk Education are working in partnership with a Secondary School based in the Ellesmere Port area who are seeking to appoint an Unqualifed Teacher on a long-term basis.About the roleThe successful candidate will be responsible for covering whole classes in the absence of their teacher. You will play a key role in supporting students in their lessons, ensuring they complete work and helping them to develop as independent learners. Awillingness to become involved in the wider life of the school is also desirable. You must be able to relate to young people and have the ability to liaise with teachers and other professionals. Strong classroom management skills and excellent communicationskills are essential. In addition you will need energy, resilience, be a keen learner and willing to be committed to others learning.About you

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
  • Have worked with children in the past 2 years.
  • Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
