Having moved to a purpose-built facility and grown the number of employees in the last few years, its focus on growth and customer satisfaction are paramount and part ofits core ideologies.As part of their growth plan, they are looking for a Senior Scientist with assay and development and an IVD background.About The Role * Your role will be part of the senior projects team and will see you work closely with the Project Manager and team Leaders.* Your scientific knowledge in IVD, assay development and leadership will all be used to ensure that client projects are delivered on time* To frequently work with development and manufacturing teams to ensure that work is transferred in to routine manufacture within acceptable time scales* Your role will be 75% lab based and 25% Customer basedAbout the PersonThe nature of the role requires someone a degree or PhD coupled with previous assay and IVD experience (preferably from a CRO). Specific knowledge of lyophilising (freeze drying) and ISO 13485. As the role will see you talking/customers we need someone withprevious experience of this.This company look after their staff.
