The successful applicant will be joining an established and successful team of environmental consultants and engineers, delivering expert advice to industry.The applicant should be able to demonstrate a track record in relevant environmental disciplines and have experience in liaising with the competent authority.Responsibilities as ourSenior Environmental Consultant:- Preparation of a diverse portfolio of desk-based studies supporting our clients across the process industries.- Conducting site surveys.Our Senior Environmental Consultant will have the following skills and experience: - Be capable of acting as an experienced Environmental Consultant with a track record in a relevant technical role- Experience in the petrochemical, chemical industries and renewables in one or more of the following areas: Flood Risk Assessments, Environmental Risk Assessments, Contaminated Land Assessments & Air Quality Assessments and/or Noise & Odour Assessments- Demonstrate commercial awareness- Organisational and administrative skills- Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form with excellent interpersonal skills- Environmental based degree /qualification- Eligible to live and work in the UK- Full UK/EEC driving licenceDesirable:- Hold chartered status or membership of a relevant scientific or engineering professional institution.With support, variety and opportunities, Stopford Energy and Environment is the ideal place to build your skills and career.If you would like to join our team as our Senior Environmental Consultant, then why not click ‘apply’ today – we’d love to hear from you!
