The Religious Studies Teacher will contribute to the schools commitment to academic excellence, guiding students in their exploration of various belief systems and moral frameworks.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons in Religious Studies, tailored to the needs and abilities of diverse student populations.
  • Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment that encourages open dialogue and the exploration of different religious perspectives.
  • Design and implement assessments that measure students understanding and application of religious concepts.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, guiding their intellectual and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities and contribute to the overall educational experience.
  • Stay abreast of developments in Religious Studies and related fields, integrating contemporary issues into the curriculum.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in religious studies, Theology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Teaching certification and relevant classroom experience.
