Job Description

Office Manager Do you want to work for an established, growing company who are at an exciting stage of its developmentWe have a position with an Ellesmere port-based company who are looking for an Office Manager to join their team and support their office based construction team.You will receive - Office Manager:

  • Salary up to £27,000
  • Company pension
  • On-Site Parking
Responsibilities - Office Manager:
  • Liaising & arranging vehicle/machine graphics
  • DBS checks as and when required through APCS
  • Monitor Hillti equipment and arrange for any repairs or collections through the Hilti portal
  • Book vehicles in for servicing, MOT and any vehicle repairs required
  • Management Minute taking
  • Lease with HR advisors to ensure staff handbook is up to date and communicate any changes to staff
Skills required - Office Manager:
