Page Personnel are supporting this global business to recruit for an experience IT operations administrator to join their ever expanding team.Client DetailsThis business is a global speciality company with the talent, expertise and drive to help their customers succeed in competitive markets. They are the market leader in their sector and are a recognisable brand. Their large Ellesmere port site houses somewell established and talented teams within the business.DescriptionThis varied IT operations administrator role will include the following:

  • Contracts administration
  • Maintain contracts database (Action Tracker)
  • Support renewals of larger contracts and manage transactional renewals
  • Pricing (with procurement support)
  • Software asset management (SAM) support:
  • Snow administration Software licences
  • Licence re-harvesting
  • Lifecycle reports
  • Blacklisted application management
  • Bi-annual ELP
  • True ups with Microsoft, SAP
  • Hardware asset management support
  • Support & maintenance renewals
  • Finance support
  • Procurement support (PO admin, Monthly receipts, Invoice processing/chasing)
  • CERs support - produce completion certs
  • Capital assets review
  • PMO admin
  • Weekly RAG reporting
  • TDA submissions
  • Attend project steering meetings as official notekeeper
  • Group IT administration
  • Assist management in preparation of monthly IT report and quarterly board report
  • Office / facilities like stationary etc
ProfileThe successful IT operations administrator will require the following:
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Experience with establishing relationships, contributing to an open culture and maintaining contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Effective, approachable and sensitive communicator in different communities and cultures.
  • Strong customer service skill set
  • Analytical thinker
  • Ability to select the appropriate method to resolve the problem
  • Strong report writing techniques

  • Knowledge of service level agreements
