• Build People Capability through driving culture and performance, recruiting and developing team members to give excellent customer service and capable of progressing to the next stage in their career as we grow! Most important Lead by example- be a culture champion and live by Taco Bell HUNGRY principles: Hungry, Understanding, Never Follow, Grateful, Relentless, and Youthful
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience through ensuring safe and legal day to day operations such as food & hygiene safety procedures, managing stock on site and prep, executing corporate and local marketing programmes, drive customerfocused culture in store to meet and exceed customer service standards.
• Grow the Brand, Sales and Profits through controlling Profit & Loss by following cash control/security procedures, meeting and exceeding brand and franchise KPIs, correct ordering, maintaining inventory and managing waste, managing labourthrough reviewing sales and taking appropriate actions, ensuring maintenance of equipment and that is it kept to Taco Bell standard.

What do you need

• Experience of leading and developing a team in an operational, fast-paced environment
• Passionate about providing excellent quality of food, service, cleanliness, and speed standards.
• Good oral/written communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with exceptional team building capability.
• Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis
