Job Description

OVERVIEW: ELECTRICAL TRAINERWe are currently seeking an Electrical / Electronic professional with a genuine desire for people development.You will be coaching and mentoring young learners undertaking units & qualifications in assembling, wiring & testing electrical equipment & circuits, and maintaining electrical equipment and systems. You will be a time served electrical professional witha L3 or above qualification. Ideally you will also need your Assessor Award (A1, CAVA, TAQA or equivalent).SALARY/BENEFITS: ELECTRICAL TRAINER

THE ROLE OF THE ELECTRICAL TRAINERTo deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Electrical units & qualifications delivered at a high-tech training facility (classroom-based delivery). Train learners towards agreed qualifications in line with relevant awarding bodystandards.We are looking for applicants that are self-motivated, a team player and have a hands on approach to work within this rewarding environment.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: ELECTRICAL TRAINER
  • Minimum 3 years relevant occupational experience within an electrical role
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of working with young people
  • This position is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance
