Acorn by Synergie is searching for a Business Development Manager to join their client, a recycling business based in Ellesmere Port.Reporting to the MD, the purpose of the role is to generate new business whilst maximising profit and growth with existing accounts.Duties and responsibilities include:§ Qualifying sales targets with high volume and high value§ Closing high value customers§ F2F meeting with target and key accounts§ Sales conversions through various pricing methods§ Sending out quotes to target customers.§ Reduce churn for high value customers (Customer Service Management)§ Converting sales- objection handling§ Owning sales methodology and adapting as necessary to hit targets.§ Manage drop off relationships§ Manage outbound customers and outbound product sales§ Make sure that the CRM system is up to date with latest details and communications§ Carry out weekly planning, including calling customers ahead and booking appointments§ Keep up to date with latest market developments and reporting back to management team.The successful candidate must have experience working in a field based role and be self-motivated to generate leads and manage own diary. Must have a flair for sales and a desire to succeed. Experience within the recycling industry would be a distinct advantage.Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to FridaySalary is negotiable dependent on the skills and experience to offerAcorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
