Job Role: Adult Support WorkerLocation: Ellesmere PortSalary: £9.65 - £11.00 per hourShift Pattern: 2 on and 4 offWe are working with a fantastic service provider located in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.The four bed spacious home has recently been refurbished, and is within a 10 minute walk of Ellesmere Port Train Station.The shift pattern is 2 on and 4 off, the hours are from 10am - 12pm, with sleeps until 8am. You will finish at 10am on your final day of the shift.The service will have additional staff who will help with your introduction into the companies policies and procedures.There is a fantastic opportunity of career progression to team leader for the right person.The role:This role will involve working on a two to one basis with a young woman that has a history of self-harm. You will need to be motivated, resilient and have a track record of working in challenging services.You will have to have a level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and previous experience of working in adult services that have been regulated by CQC - Care Quality Commission.The interview Process:First interview - Telephone interview to assess your suitabilitySecond Interview - Telephone interview with Registered Manager of the settingFinal Interview - Face to face interview with Registered Manager and Deputy of the setting Required skills
