Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKOur client is seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner for a busy country house. This family home includes dogs that will require walks in the beautiful surroundings and three teenagers who are currently at university.This is an exciting prospect for a motivated individual who can take ownership of this role. If you can see there is an area that requires your care and attention, youll be all over it.About the role:As the ideal candidate, you will be an organised, tidy, and thorough person who can handle daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. You will work as part of a team and independently, following a routine of tasks that provide structure to your workday.Occasionally, you will work overnight stays in the event of the family being away.In this role, no two days are ever the same. Each day, certain duties will be ongoing whereas others will be carried out less frequently or on an ad-hoc basis. As such, the following list of responsibilities is not exhaustive:

• Deep cleaning of the house, including furniture, silver, and floors
• Dusting and polishing of surfaces, such as tables, mirrors, and silverware
• Lay tables and assist with occasional dinner parties
• Organising and tidying up of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas
• Keep on top of laundry and ironing
• Occasional dog/house sitting, including feeding, walking, and playing with pets.
• Meal preparation, including shopping, cooking, and serving
• Assisting with the organisation of household events, such as dinner parties and social gatherings
• Keeping track of household supplies, such as cleaning products, toiletries, and groceries, and ensuring that they are stocked up as needed
