Job Description

Our client is looking for a warm, friendly individual with previous experience working on a busy reception desk to join their front of house team on a temporary basis. You will be first point of contact to all customers and providing additional support toother colleagues if needed. Having outstanding customer service skils is essential.This is a part time position, working three days a week, fully office based.The role will include:

  • To welcome and check in guests, ensuring all their needs are met
  • Handle all enquiries via telephone, email and in person with an approachable manner and with the customers best interest at heart
  • Maintain records, inputting correct data when required and ensure files are kept up to date and accurate
  • Provide additional ad hoc duties if needed
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and have outstanding communication skills as you will be interacting with customers face to face on a daily basis.
