Have a better work/life balance and come and work for Outcomes First Group!Job Title:ClinicalSite LeadLocation:Longdon Park, StaffordshireSalary:£50,000 - £60,000, (dependent on experience)Hours:37.5 hours per week Monday to FridayContract:Permanent, 52 weeksAbout the roleWe are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Longdon Park School based in Derbyshire and work collaboratively with both the school’s senior leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinicallyleading the team and holding a therapy caseload. You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex and SEMH needs.You will also be responsible for the line management of the membersof the onsite clinical team.You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training and consultation.Both a challenging and rewardingrole, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload and supervise others.
