Pay: Dependent on experienceStart Date: January 2021An exciting opportunity has arisenfor an experienced HR Advisor to join the College. With recent HR experience ina busy and challenging HR environment, you will ideally be qualified to CIPDLevel 5 and enjoy the fast pace and energy of school life. The role will include projectwork, advice and guidance and a review of systems and processes to improve theoverall transactional functionality of the HR function. The successfulcandidate will have the confidence to work independently whilst also being ateam player and have a problem solving approach for all aspects of HR.This is a part-time role, 30 hoursper week, 37 weeks per year (term time plus 3 weeks), plus pro rata holidayentitlement. There is flexibility with regards to the pattern of the workingweek. A range of other employee benefits are included. Salary dependent onexperience.
