Job Description

I am working with an excellent Home Care provider who are looking for a RegisteredManager to successfully manage their care staff team and to be proactive in growing their service across Doncaster, Selby and Thirsk.What’s on offer

£40,000
No on call
32 days annual leave
Bonus scheme
An extremely supportive Director and office team of 4

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

To have overall responsibility for leading the branch team and reporting to the Director
To create a work atmosphere that promotes a high quality of work and to build a culture of performance and excellence among all staff
To monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met consistently
To develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
To be proactive to promote the business through marketing, building relationships, etc.
To ensure that client records are kept up to date and accurate
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards

Registered Manager Requirements:

Must be personable and have great communication skills
Must have a minimum of Registered Manager experience within a Home Care service
Must have/be working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care
Must have a UK Driving Licence
