Job Description

Temporary Front of House Coordinator - 4 daysThis is a temporary role working from 11th - 14th April.Hours:4 hrs per day (11am to 3pm or 1030 am to 2.30pm)Key Tasks

  • Responding to tenant queries and maintenance issues.
  • Mail and parcel collection and distribution.
  • Answering and responding to telephone and email enquiries.
  • Facilitating room viewings.
  • Completion of compliance tasks
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent communication skills displaying sensitivities to understanding students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good level of computer literacy using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be proactive and be able to use initiative
