Job Description

The Property Manager role is integral to our Property department, requiring a professional with a strong background in property management and superb organisational skills. This role is based in our Edinburgh office and requires a skilled individual to manageour diverse portfolio of properties.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established company in the property industry. With a workforce of over 150 employees, they maintain a significant presence in their sector. Based in Edinburgh, they boast a diverse and substantial property portfolio.Description

  • Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of properties
  • Coordinate with tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth communication
  • Ensure all properties are in compliance with relevant legislation
  • Handle any issues or complaints from tenants promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works as required
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each property
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Keep up to date records on all properties
ProfileA successful Property Manager should have:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in property management or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of current property legislation
