Job Description

Telesales Executive OTE £45,000 / £50,000 - a genuinely achievable OTE that is also uncapped and which has a very high above-target accelerator as well. Bonus is also paid for every sale without a threshold or target having to be met first. We are looking for experienced Telesales / Business Development people to join our client and their fantastic sales manager in Edinburgh, selling top spec internet connectivity in areas that have historically never really had the best of coverage - untilnow with this new fibre-to-premises connectivity. You will be selling something that in most cases will pretty much sell itself once you tell people the speeds and service it gives them compared to what they will be getting just now.The company also has very ambitious growth plans for this team so now is a great time to get in and get your foot on the ladder, as further career development opportunities will certainly be coming up in the telesales department.Monday to Thursday in the office, and on Fridays you can work from home if you wish. If you would prefer to still come into the office on a Friday you can do that as well of course. 37.5 hour week.There really is great money to be made in this role as well. It pays a starting basic salary of £22,750, going up to £24,000 on completion of your probation period, then rising again to a basic salary of £26,000 after one year with the company. It comeswith very achievable On Target Earnings of the same value as your basic salary - giving you the opportunity to earn the same amount of salary again just by achieving target. This amount can certainly be exceeded as well though as the bonus structure is uncapped- and after you have achieved target you are then paid 150% of bonus on further sales. And every sale leading up to target you are also paid for as well, no threshold has to be achieved before you start making money on your sales. This is the best bonus structureon the market for this type of role so please apply today if you would like to secure the position for yourself.Just now the team operates mostly a 9-5, but as the team grows this year this will change to also include shifts of 10-6, 11-7 and 12-8 on rotation, so a bit of flexibility will be required.
