Telesales Executive OTE £42,000 - very achievable OTE which is also uncapped and also has a very high above-target accelerator. Bonus is also paid for every sale without a threshold or target having to be met first. We are recruiting for Telesales roles in Edinburgh that would be suitable for people who already have some telesales experience, or who have field sales experience but would now like to move to an inside sales role, or the role might possibly also be suitablefor people from a retail or hospitality sales/upselling background who are now looking for their first break into a more direct sales role.Selling top of the range fibre internet connectivity into areas that historically have never had the best of coverage - until now that is, with this brand new connectivity - you will be selling something that in most cases will pretty much sell itself onceyou show the speeds and prices they will be getting compared to what they will be getting and paying just now.We are looking for someone who is hardworking and is used to or is up for making a high volume of outbound telesales calls and who has fantastic rapport building and listening skills. As this is a business-to-consumer sales team some flexibility may laterbe required around hours. Just now the team operates mostly a 9-5, but as the team continues to grow this will likely change to also include shifts of 10-6 and 11-7 so a little bit of flexibility will be required. The team generally operates a half day finishon a Friday as well, with just one person hanging back to answer any new inbound enquiries that come in and this is rotated on a regular basis.This role is with a fantastic employer and a company who have grown massively in the past few years and continue to do so, so if you would like to speak with them regarding this great opportunity while it is currently available then please apply today.It pays a starting basic salary of £21,000 and it comes with very achievable On Target Earnings of the same value - giving you the opportunity to earn the same amount of salary again just by achieving target. This amount can certainly be exceeded as wellthough as the bonus structure is uncapped - and after you have achieved target you are then paid 150% of bonus on further sales.
