-Telephony Engineer /Network Engineer-Contract-Remote/Hybrid/Edinburgh (2-3 Days per week)-£500-£600 per daySanderson is engaged with a leading financial organisation as they develop and build a brand-new pensions platform for one of the UKs leading banks. A Telephony Engineer / Network Engineer with a strong Cisco telephony focus is required to assistthe team to review and improve the phone system and supporting network infrastructure. The new projects our client is working on will add a large number of additional calls, clients and load to the existing system which is already heavily utilised.The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery and will provide 3rd line support of the new telephony system. They will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to junior teem members to resolve telephonyrelated issues, optimise call quality and suggest improvements.This role is currently in a hybrid format (2-3 days onsite).Skills/Experience Required
