Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Telephonist to join a leading law firms Office Services Team in Edinburgh office.The role will be office based and is on a part-time, 21 hours per week basis. The days and hours are fixed as Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 5pm with one hour per day for lunchClient DetailsLeading law firmDescriptionThe successful candidate will provide an excellent six-star high quality switchboard service to Clients, employees and other callers.Our switchboard system is Mitel. It is desirable that you have experience in dealing with employees, and clients over the telephone. Experience with Microsoft packages would be advantageous.Cover of our Client Reception and Client Services areas will be required from time to timeProfileYou should be flexible, self-motivated, highly competent and able to work on your own initiative. You should also be a good communicator and be able to assist in dealing with clients and contacts on the telephone and face-to-face.The role requires you to have the ability to provide an enhanced level of customer service to our clients both internal and external. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is needed for this role.You will have the ability to work within a team to ensure consistency in the six-star service provided.Job Offer
