As part of the review of how we are delivering recruitment support to CrossReach, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Attraction Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.Responsible for attracting applicants into CrossReach, you will work with managers to develop new and creative recruitment campaigns so that we can reach the best people. Day to day, you will be developing and delivering recruitment campaigns, making surethat not only do we talk about the possible, but that we make it happen.Whilst the role doesn’t have any direct reports, the role holder willwork with the three new Operational Resource Officers to provide expert guidance and support.However, you will also have a wider remit, not just to advertise for applicants, but to findnew and creative ways to generate our own pipelines, such as building relationships with further education providers and schemes such as the Princes Trust.To be successful, you must have extensive experience in developing and delivering attraction strategies.
