Senior UX Architect - Edinburgh Hybrid - To 70K plus BonusLoriens Edinburgh based client (offering hybrid working to the tune of 2 days in the office, 3 WFH) is a very well-known name servicing financial clientele the world over with tailored technical solutions and services. Right now, theyre looking to onboarda Senior User Experience Architect on a permanent basis as they continue to grow their technical function, so take a look below and let us know if this might be a good match for your expertise, as were sure this will be snapped up quickly.Youll put your skills and knowledge to good use as you operate as a leading figurehead in the organisation; shaping and moulding the UX for the next generation of the business flagship platform, and liaising closely with Developers, Marketing specialists,Customer Success staff and other key personnel to not only hone all aspects of UI Design, but ensure that all requirements are captured, understood and, of course, fulfilled.For your efforts, they are happy to offer not only a starting salary of up to £70,000, a strong bonus scheme and hybrid working, but also a very generous holiday allowance, private healthcare, ongoing learning and training courses, and a lot more, so letus know your thoughts:Role Outline:

  • Acting as a leader across the design and development of the key platforms UI, making sure its the best it can be
  • Operating in a cross-functional setting including sitting with Marketing staff to ensure consistent branding in UX designs and offerings
  • Drafting prototypes/wireframes/mockups/etc. to demonstrate new ideas/designs and testing new innovations
  • Defining/identifying User Experience and Interface areas required for each feature/asset
  • Identifying, noting and reporting on any and all enhancements made as you and the team go
  • Shape effective stakeholder relationships both within the organisation and with customers to understand and work on requirements and any challenges faced
  • Contributing to the design/planning of relevant documentation
The Skills and Knowledge Theyre Looking For:
  • Strong track record in the User Experience domain
  • Good working knowledge of User Interface as well as Look & Feel design
  • Ideally a background working on web-based, data processing & visualisation apps
  • A demonstrable portfolio of User Experience and Interface works you have delivered
  • Hands-on proficiency with design tooling the likes of Figma/Sketch/Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to create designs, generate digital assets and ideally work with UI automation tools for testing needs
