Head Resourcing are partnering with a Fintech company with a 30+ year history and a mission to connect the Financial Services industry. Due to continue growth they are looking for a Senior Software Tester (performance/manual) to join the testing team whichis responsible for building and maintaining a number of services. In the role you will be responsible for test planning, execution and reporting across specific development projects and maintenance release.Key Responsibilities include,* Maintain, execute, and report on testing non-functional requirements such as performance; load, and accessibility;* Monitoring, analysing and reporting performance test results;* Working to Agile methodologies.* Carry out all aspects of test planning, estimation, creation, execution and reporting across specific development projects and maintenance releases;*Deliver all test planning and execution activities to the budget, timescales and quality criteria of the relevant development project or maintenance release;*Manage all risks associated with the testing and take preventative action when any risks become unacceptable;*Manage the quality and integrity of all testing activities and adherence to test strategy, policies, standards and processes.*Analysis of requirements and creation of test resources;*Execution of tests, both manual and automated;*Test activity reporting;*Tracking and management of defects;In order to be successful in the role, candidates ideally need,· Strong performance testing grounding· Experience in performance, load and stress testing;· Experience with load testing tools and monitoring tools used to understand system behaviour during performance testing i.e. Gatling, JMeter, Loadrunner;· Unit, integration, and integrated testing experience;· Skilled in Agile delivery methods;· Experience testing REST APIs;· Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and technologies, preferably AWS;This is a unique opportunity in the market that offers remote working and a great overall package which include a bonus of 10% and an 11% non-contribution pension.
