Job Description

Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Screening and Compliance Administrator. This is a Full-Time role located in Edinburgh City Centre. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am -5.30pm. Salary £25,000 per annum, dependingon experience, plus excellent bonus incentives. This role is a mixture of home and office work.The role of the Senior Screening and Compliance Administrator is to assist the team with the pre screening process and management of new and existing direct clients as well as provide general support & administration.General Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Chasing up missing documentation required including passports, reference forms, gap declaration forms and credit check forms.
  • Action payment queries and chasing outstanding documents.
  • Dealing with day to day queries.
  • Updating Database.
  • Assisting as and when required with the production of reports including the leavers report, monthly procurement report and weekly activity report.
  • Liaising with clients and raising appropriate documentation.
  • Dealing with third party suppliers - by issuing out paperwork or chasing paperwork.
  • Printing off packs and posting out for all extensions, amendments and new placements on request of the clients.
  • Raising packs on the online system.
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Line Manager.
Experience, Skills, Attributes Required:
  • Previous compliance and quality assurance experience preferred
  • Attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Previous Administration experience is essential.
  • Good general level of education.
  • Good written and oral communication skills at all levels.
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise own workload.
  • Confidence in own abilities.
