To act as the senior specialist within the Cashflow Team; providing accurate and substantiated assessments of Cashflow scenarios, undertaking training and development of colleagues, and ensuring our chosen Cashflow tool meets the needs of our users and Clients.Provide accurate and substantiated assessments of cashflow scenarios, to illustrate and support the financial planning process.Train new and existing colleagues on all aspects of our Cashflow planning process.Take on senior responsibilities within the Cashflow team, including:- Acting as the principal point of contact for queries.- Taking responsibility for the timely delivery of DB transfer Cashflow assessments.- Acting as the SME for any Cashflow related business projects.- Supporting and developing other members of the Cashflow team.- Managing the relationship with the Cashflow tool provider contacts.Cashflow Assessments- Assess Cashflow scenarios completed using Cashflow tool (currently IRESS XPlan - Lifestyle+) to ensure accuracy of and relevance to the Client data and planning scenario, within the agreed SLAs.- Provide detailed assessment feedback to guide users in all areas that require remedial actions. Complete reassessments once commentary provided/actions completed.- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in all matters pertaining to the completion of high-quality Cashflow scenarios.- Ensure that all Cashflow assessments for DB transfer cases are completed within the SLA.Training and Support- Provide initial training on our Cashflow tool and process to new starters, when required.- Provide additional ad-hoc training and guidance to existing Cashflow users, when required, to further enhance user skill levels.- Maintain accurate records of users with competent’ status and liaise with Business Quality, T&C and the PPU Managers on development points and individual user progress, as required.- Assist with the training and roll-out of any changes to the Cashflow process.- Provide training and support, when required, to other members of the Cashflow team.Cashflow Tool- Liaise with the Cashflow tool provider contacts to ensure we are aware of any changes that might impact our users.- Complete periodic testing of the Cashflow tool software.- Escalate any concerns or challenges relating to Cashflow completion in a timely manner.Knowledge and Qualifications
