A new luxury pizza restaurant in Edinburgh, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. Located in the heart of the city, our clients aim is to provide a unique dining experience with exceptional food, outstanding customer service anda welcoming atmosphere - there is a real emphasis on offering an exceptional level above satisfactory.The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front of house and back of house activities• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction• Supporting in the opening of the restaurant, playing a key part in the success of the opening• Recruiting, managing and training new staff• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed• Manage listed suppliers for quality, variety and efficiency• Handling customer complaints• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.• Managing the restaurants budget, including labour costs and food costsThe ideal candidate will have:• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end restaurant environment• Extensive food and beverage knowledge• Strong leadership and management skills• Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skillsThis is a full-time position with a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong background in restaurant management, and are looking for a new challenge in a new restaurant in Edinburgh, our client would love to hear from you.
