Job Description

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a ResourcingManager to join their team in Edinburgh.You will join on a full time, permanent and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000per annum. This is a very exciting time to join this team and become an inspirational leader within their business.Key responsibilities as ourclientsResourcing Manager will include:

  • Being responsible for supporting employee relations matters within the associated client groups
  • Maintaining HR files including annual Immigration & Asylum checks, annual audit and re-issue of contact details, expression of wish etc
  • Day to day management of the casual workforce including bookings, amendments, issuing of event instructions and uniform requirements.
  • Administration of recruitment for all departments including placing ads, booking interviews or open days, organising application forms etc.
  • Assisting all departments with the interview and hiring process.
  • Co-ordinating training requirements with all departments and planning the scheduled courses.
What our client are looking for in theirResourcing Manager:
  • CIPD Qualified (desirable but not essential)
  • Relevant experience gained in a recruitment orHR Officer/Advisor role
  • Experience of TU(PE) and change management programmes desirable
  • Experience of working within a hospitality service environment desirable
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Relations and Tribunal matters
