Job Description

Recruitment Administrator6 Month FTC – with opportunity for extension or permanency £23,588Hybrid Working with requirement in West Edinburgh Offices twice weekly 37 Hours a weekI have a fantastic opportunity with one of my core clients in the public sector who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join team during a period of exciting change where the business is moving towards a centralised recruitment model and implementinga new e-recruitment system.You will be ensuring a high quality and efficient recruitment service while also getting the chance to be involved in testing out their new system.Benefits:

Duties:
  • Be the first point of contact for candidates, taking them through the recruitment journey from start to finish and handling a range of queries via the shared mailbox
  • Completing Pre-employment checks, including disclosures, OH referrals and issuing contracts
  • Updating candidate journeys and setting up new-starts on the iTrent on-boarding platform
Looking for:
