Job Description

ReceptionistEdinburgh£23,000SFRECEDINOur client, a leading UK law firm with offices all around the country are looking for a Receptionist on a permanent. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the firm. You will establish strong working relationshipswith internal teams, clients and visitors. A 5* level of service will be provided at all times and you will be enthusiastic, friendly, warm and welcoming to everyone.Working hours as a Receptionist are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30.Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, employees and visitors, providing a warm and courteous welcome
  • Work closely with PAs and Legal Assistants to understand meeting requirements
  • Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings and transfer to the relevant person/team, taking messages as required
  • Manage and coordinate room booking system
  • Coordinate catering/hospitality requests
  • Set up and preparation of meeting rooms for meetings and events
  • AV set up
  • Looking after/directing visitors on site
  • Organising refreshments & equipment as required
  • Ordering lunches and breakfasts for meetings, events and seminars
  • Managing car parking spaces
  • Stock control
  • Administrative tasks
  • Scanning
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in the kitchen and reception areas
  • Opening, date stamping and sorting post
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Sorting outgoing post and couriers
