Job Description

We are looking for experiencedLoss Adjustersbased in or around Manchester, with experience inDomestic Property,Commercial PropertyorHigh-Net Worthclaims. We have a number of rolesavailable, to cover the North East Scotland and surrounding areas, all paying competitive salaries with excellent career pathways and access to external qualifications - all of which areincentivised financially and professionally.The client is an award-winning insurance company with a significant stake in the UK property claims market. They are well-known for theirinnovative approach to claims management, using the latest technology and equipment to process claimsfairly and efficiently for their clients. Having appointed a new leader for their academy, they are now operating a best-in-class approach to identify, train and develop the next generation of Loss Adjusters, including bothonwards progressionandfully-fundedexternal qualifications.Experience dependant, theLoss Adjusterrole will offer a competitive salary, plus company car (or car allowance), excellent bonus structure, 25 days paid annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, employee wellbeing and flexiblebenefits such as additional annual leave, dental or optical schemes.Loss Adjuster - Role & Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of Domestic and Commercial Property Claims
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to bring claims through to conclusion
  • Liaise with clients, working towards SLAs to ensure efficient claims process
  • Deal with any obstacles that come in the way of claims progression
Loss Adjuster - Skills & Requirements
  • Experienced Property Loss Adjuster (preferably commercial, but not essential)
  • Good working knowledge of the insurance market
  • Ability to plan and prioritise to fulfil client SLAs and internal targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy
