Project ManagerEdinburgh or Bristol (Hybrid working)6 Month ContractAs a Project Manager, youll work in a highly collaborative way, working closely with our Analysts and Propositions Managers within the business and also our partner resources.What does the role involveWhile you might not be an expert in customer rectifications or Insurance to undertake this role, there are four crucial elements needed on day one;Able to build great relationships.Youll work across platforms, propositions and operational teams to help them understand the causes of the issue, inspire changes to happen, this means youll build and maintain great relationships with senior leaders and their teams.Able to understand and balance what Stakeholders need. Youll need to anticipate and balance the needs of a range of stakeholders with a common goal to deliver a great outcome for our customers. Youll bring them together to help everyone understand the complexity and scale of the issues faced and identify solutionsthat really make a difference.Able to deliver results. Youll focus, guide and steer your project team to deliver the best possible outcome safely and quickly. Using a blend of Rectification and Project Delivery techniques youll use the expertise of the broader team to understand what needs done and youllmanage the delivery with a clear control on cost and timescales.Be adaptable. Youll be able to operate effectively even when things are not certain, and the way forward is not clear. Youll use your skills, passion and insight to drive your team forward, help turn complex issues into simple solutions and flex you approach as neededto get the right outcomes.About You:Resilient - Customer rectification projects can throw up lots of challenges. We see the customer journey at its worst, but equally we believe in fixing things and making this better. Its fair to say there will be some tough days and weeks along the way.Be Bold - being able to challenge things that arent right and take action to change them. Finding ways to do things differently to better serve our customers and grown with purpose.Focussed- there will often be a lot of moving parts to rectification projects as we juggle getting impacted customers back to the right position as well as preventing future issues and helping out stakeholders to understand what lessons we can learn fromthe issue.
