Product Manager (Edinburgh/ Dundee)Head Resourcing is working closely with our Edinburgh / Dundee based client to engage with a talented Product Manager to help a growing and innovative company thats changing the game in space software development.A scaling and innovative company using cutting-edge technologies to empower a diverse range of customers worldwide, from universities and space agencies to commercial organisations and startups.What Youll Do:As a Product Manager, youll play a crucial role in our product development team, working closely with a cross-functional group to overcome challenges and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality features to our users. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring the market and conducting competitive analyses. Collaborating with Sales to spot future market trends impacting our product roadmap. Defining a visionary roadmap for the products. Aligning stakeholders around the product vision. Understanding and representing user needs. Collaborating with product teams to translate user needs into requirements and features. Working with Frontend designers to shape user-friendly product interfaces. Prioritizing product features and capabilities. Managing the product lifecycle and maintaining roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders. Establishing budgets for product development, implementation, and maintenance. Collaborating with Finance to specify and monitor target ROI for our products. Assisting in product launches, marketing, and sales campaigns.Essential Skills and Experience:To excel in this role, youll need: Previous experience in Product Management. A background in the B2B software sector. Strong technical knowledge and experience working with a technically oriented team. Experience working with Frontend designers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Quick adaptability to new concepts and technologies with an eye for commercial potential. Problem-solving expertise and a track record of delivering solutions. Proficiency in effective data analysis and KPIs.Personal Skills:Were looking for someone who: Has impeccable organisational and time management skills. Is self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
