Platform Business AnalystAbout the roleWere on the lookout for a Platform Business Analyst to join our Platform Systems BA team.This role is integral to understand and analyse user and business needs to support the delivery of change in the business and across the customer marketplace. You will be responsible working closely with the Platform team to achieve the results needed of thisrole.Youll spend your time:* Collaborating and working closely with users to understand their business needs and document these requirements to develop new products, tools, and deliver change.* Working with development teams and third-party suppliers to deliver these outcomes.* Managing deadlines.* Participating in internal projects through to completion.* Identifying opportunities to enhance current processes/solutions and having confidence in highlighting this to corresponding areas.* Managing the end-to-end delivery of assigned deliverables.* Business modelling - documents, business processes, operating models, and workflows in both as-is and to-be states.A bit about youYou will have a passion for business analytics and will thrive on investigating, analysing, visualising, articulating, and solving complex problems making practical recommendations for possible solutions. You will be confident in defining test conditions andsupporting the testing of features as required.
