Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a PA in Edinburgh.Client DetailsYou will be working for a leading UK accountancy firm with over 100 years of experience within the field. The company offers competitive salary and a great benefits package!DescriptionMain duties include:

  • Managing diaries,
  • Managing mailboxes,
  • Attending meetings, minute taking at leadership meetings,
  • Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and conferences and organising travel plans including itineraries and logistics,
  • Supporting with documentation, reports etc.,
  • Preparing and formatting documents, to include Letters of Engagement, reports and various other correspondence,
  • Collating and printing of agendas, presentations and meeting papers,
  • Production of PowerPoint presentations,
  • Events management and organisation such as arranging golf days, lunches and client events,
  • Supporting other members of the team and provide cover as and when necessary,
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the office IT,
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks
ProfileThe successful candidate will have:
  • Experience within similar role,
  • Excellent organisational skills,
  • Great time management skills,
  • Ability to prioritise workload,
  • Well-developed communication skills - the ability to communicate in a confident and professional manner at all levels.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office package ( Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint )
  • Takes responsibility for undertaking training to improve skills to meet the needs of the business.
