If youare passionate about people and are a natural administrator, we want you to join us as our new People Department Assistant.As a People Department Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Director and managers of the People Department. Your responsibilities will include managing the Human Resources System and Health and Safety protocols,processing new starter documentation, supporting the recruitment process, acting as a note-taker, and producing HR documents in compliance with legislation. You will also be the first point of contact for routine HR matters and support the Training Managerwith administrative tasks and inquiries.This is not a role for the faint-of-heart. As a People Department Assistant, youll need to have confidence and common sense. You will need to be flexible and fired up about both admin and HR best practice. Youll need to pay acute attention to detail and begreat with multitasking. A CIPD qualification is critical for this role. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
