Do you have a strong belief in providing high standards of customer service Do you have a background in corporate reception or hotel/hospitality where good customer service is an expectationIf so, we have a permanent opportunity for a part-time Workplace Experience Host (Monday to Friday 12pm - 5pm) working for a major infrastructure consultancy organisation based in Central Edinburgh.This company has a strong belief in 5-star customer service, so guests and residents receive exemplary customer services from the moment they walk in to when they leave the building.This will include greeting visitors, registration, issuing passes, positive interaction throughout the lobby area, booking taxis if required, supporting in general administration tasks, helping ensure meeting facilities are prepared when required plus otherassociated duties.Successful candidate will have ideally have excellent communication skills, approachable, presentable and friendly.
