Reed Business Support are supporting one of our Edinburgh based clients in the recruitment of an Operations Manager to join their market-leading property business.Our client are not your average property firm! It’s not essential that you have come from a property background but it IS essential that you bring with you experience of, and passion in people management. Your role willcover everything from Line Management, resourcing & recruitment, learning & development and using data to inform decisions. No two days will be the same and you’ll be exposed to a variety of tasks and challenges. From time to time, you’ll be liaising withand nurturing relationships with Owners and Tenants as well as working towards resolutions for escalated issues.Duties will include;• Line Management of staff members in the Portfolio Management Team, ensuring a strong and consistent focus on their learning, development and performance.• Responsibility for relevant KPIs, pulling data from systems and software and confidently and honestly reporting this back to Senior Team and Directors.
